Cliff Cannon was an American football player, coach, and official in the early 20th century. He played for the University of Washington football team and was later inducted into the school's athletic hall of fame. Cannon also served as the head football coach at Washington State University from 1928 to 1932, where he compiled a record of 26–12–2. After coaching, Cannon became an NFL official from 1935 to 1959 and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963. He died in 1965.
